· Completed Bachelor’s Degree · 6+ year’s experience in program or product management · 2+ years building advanced business models using excel, including visual basic applications (VBA) · 2+ year’s experience with labor management systems such as Kronos, Workforce, or applicable platforms · Strong mathematical and analytical skills · 2+ year’s experience in retail operations, and/or labor planning · Experience assessing major workforce management systems and their application to current Amazon Go labor model · SQL experience · Attention to detail and high ability for data mining · Ability to present
