The team’s core mission is to receive and ingest content from our partner studios and networks, manage it through the publishing process, and ensure it makes it way to the site on-time and in pristine condition in the format and offers necessary to support our rapidly expanding service. The Senior Program Manager role in our Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) team is a critical role to help scale the continuous improvement program across our digital supply chain. This role brings together the tools of Lean, Six Sigma, technology, and Amazon’s customer-obsessed culture to drive
· Bachelor’s Degree · 5+ years of program management experience with demonstrated success delivering programs of medium to high complexity · Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt· MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred · Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt · Demonstrated success deploying LEAN process improvement initiatives across business operations and technology teams · Proven experience instructing managers and individual contributors, facilitating experience at all levels of the organization and to audiences of all sizes · Experience and understanding of digital
