The Senior Program Manager role in our Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) team is a critical role to help scale the continuous improvement program across our digital supply chain. · Bachelor’s Degree · 5+ years of program management experience with demonstrated success delivering programs of medium to high complexity · Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt· MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred · Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt · Demonstrated success deploying LEAN process improvement initiatives across business operations and technology teams · Proven experience instructing managers and individual contributors, facilitating experience at all levels of the organization and to audiences of all sizes · Experience and understanding of digital
