The Amazon in the Community team is looking for an extraordinary Employee Engagement Program Manager to support Amazon employees in volunteering in their local communities. This position will be based in Seattle, WA. Amazon is seeking a passionate, results-oriented candidate who help build and deliver programs that make a difference and connect Amazon employees with the communities where they work. Core job responsibilities include: · Develop and execute overall strategy for Amazon employee engagement in local communities. · Proactively communicate with employees and external stakeholders about community engagement efforts and respond to inquiries. · Identify and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. · Collect, manage, analyze and report essential programmatic information. · Serve as a liaison and project manager on cross-company employee engagement projects and programs. · Serve as a liaison and project manager on publicly facing community engagement programs
· 5 years’ experience in roles that required related project and relationship management · 5 years’ experience in program and system development · 5 years’ in professional roles requiring exceptional written and oral communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. · 5 years’ work experience demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. · Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time · High levels of integrity, discretion and ability to retain confidential information · Impeccable attention to detail
