The Amazon Logistics NA team works with operations and tech teams to become experts in both their present day operations and their future business needs. The goal of Amazon Logistics is to build a world-class Last Mile Operations. It is a new and aggressively growing business, both in size and scope. This team is expanding the Amazon Driver program and will need a leader to build long term strategy and roadmap based on the field observations. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical skills and business judgment to take data driven decisions for the program. He/ She will partner with the technology and analytics teams to build long term tech roadmap and solutions to improve this high visibility program. In this position you will also be responsible for working with finance to optimize costs across multiple employment models, develop new ideas for future planning and improvements. This will also require someone to have operations background to understand the constraints
· Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business, Engineering or related fields · Minimum two (2) years of experience in field process engineering · Customer-focused and professional demeanor · Organizational skill and an operations mindset · Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment · A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations · Interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills · Ability to invent and simplify on a large scale and gain buy-in from senior leaders· Master’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Business or related field ·
