As a Senior Program Manager, you will drive product planning and execution to support our security and privacy compliance efforts within the AI organization. You will help to build systems that make our resource utilization more efficient, predictable, accurate, and measurable. As a program manager and leader, you will design and build internal products, make our contributions more transparent, and raise our game to higher levels. - Provide product, program , and project management leadership to the group - Define user scenarios, technical specifications and requirements, product roadmap s , and functional design s for multi-release product scenario s - Drive and achieve cross-team planning, collaboration, and execution across teams - Gather requirements, develop technical specifications, working closely with developers and business stakeholders - Key spokesperson to customer on product roadmap, team capabilities, and product strategy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience of software product cycle, either functioning as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Program Manager, or Software Developer / Engineer - Excellent interpersonal and cross-team collaboration skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage competing demands, multiple stakeholders and simultaneous priorities - Strong project management and driving skills, effectively managing projects independently and working across teams - Able to quickly and effectively solve hard problems, both independently and in collaboration with engineering teams
