We are responsible for a well-established portfolio of core inbox apps on Windows that reach millions of users every day. We strive to serve our customers by evolving and innovating our features/products, reaching customers in new ways (not just on a PC), and also scale how we build our products through engaging the open-source community – all of this while maintaining an extremely high app quality bar.
Build the most impactful features by iterating through research, ideation, spec writing, sign-off and release, and measurement Enable the team to ship with a quality set of fundamentals by ensuring measures are in place and the team have visibility of the required work Drive the highest quality experiences for apps that ship as part of Windows 10 by leading the teams release management process Develop strong collaboration with the dev team, design teams, Windows OS, and Surface teams Contribute to the team vision, strategy, an inclusive team culture, and product roadmap
You have 2 years program management experience building customer-focused end-user experiences You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Your organizational and communication skills are excellent, and you have a great eye for detail You bring deep customer empathy, with the ability to understand what we should build and why, based on user insights and market data You deal with ambiguity, handle multiple priorities and juggle schedules You are a great fit for this role if you have one or more of the following skills: Worked as a member of an open-source
