Microsoft Teams is shipping a communication and collaboration hub for teamwork. We are looking for Program Managers who can operate in a fast-paced environment, with rapid exploration and ability to execute. Even while working hard, we have a great sense of humor and love to infuse that personality into our product. This team is responsible for working with ecosystem of customers and partners to drive adoption of product, unblock scenarios and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities: - Evangelize Microsoft Teams with a broad set of customers, sales, and partners across verticals - Work with strategic customers to drive adoption of Microsoft Teams as well as partner apps - Ensure success for the customer at each stage of the funnel, mapping to key customer scenarios - Own the customer relationship from initial presentation, and defined deliverables from conception to launch - Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap - Plan and lead requirements, project, and relevant competitive reviews with team and executive leadership - Provide platform
Requirements: - 5+ years of program management experience with proven success in working with partners and customers - The ability to wear many hats, learn quickly and change direction when needed - The ability to think creatively and critically about product features and user scenarios - Innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly-changing startup environment - Strong project management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills - Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical
