Amazon Canada (role based in Seattle) is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to develop and grow our French Language/Quebec business. This is a broad role that includes managing all aspects of the French speaking customer experience, driving customer adoption of French Language of Preference functionality, analyzing business trends and partnering with internal stakeholders to drive business opportunities in Quebec. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional development activities, developing marketing initiatives, and identifying process improvements for this unique business opportunity. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelors or equivalent · Proven track record in project and program management · Several years’ e-commerce or product/program management · Proven track record of customer obsession · Ability to think both strategically and tactically · Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment · Outstanding influencing skills, driving sense of urgency and engagement throughout the organization.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS · MBA or Masters · Fluent in English and French · 5+ years of experience managing large cross-functional projects in a consumer, retail or a consulting company
