Amazon's Address Intelligence and Experience (AIX) team's mission is to provide Amazon delivery drivers with information that lets them know as much about a building as someone who has delivered there 1000 times. We do this by building products and algorithms to collect delivery instructions and other data about addresses from our operators and customers. We are seeking an outstanding Sr. Product Manager to raise the bar for our operator-facing products. You will own the roadmap to develop and enhance products our internal operators use to execute our mission. You will make it easier for them to solve customer defects and help Amazon Logistics drivers be successful and efficient. You will help increase operator productivity and quality through these products and, ultimately, ensure we provide our operations employees with hassle-free products that they love.
