We’re launching a new program for Brand Owners selling on Amazon and need an experienced program manager to own making the launch and execution successful. This includes working directly with the Brand Owners to enroll them in the program, monitoring their success, getting their feedback and driving improvements to the program and designing incentives that increase enrollment and result in improvements to the overall customer experience on Amazon. The right candidate will enjoy and thrive in working in an early stage / start-up environment, comfortable with moving quickly, have a track record of making high judgement decisions and sweating the details, have experience with recruiting / account management or business development and excited by the prospect
