Amazon is looking for a talented, smart, and enthusiastic leader to manage inventory and operations for the Fashion Private Brands business. The Sr. Planning and Operations Manager will own strategies to drive supply chain efficiencies and maximize sales, margin and turns. This is a critical role helping us build, manage and optimize a complex procurement system. The ideal candidate is able to lead and influence both internal and external teams in an ambiguous environment, while maintaining a customer-centric philosophy. They must be highly organized, self-starting, highly analytical and thrive in a high energy environment – ideally with experience in supply chain and operations. Key areas of focus include driving improvement in inventory availability, increasing inventory efficiency, improving purchasing automation, and reducing input costs.
