· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent) · 10+ years of experience building and managing software development teams that design and deliver large distributed systems · 5+ years of experience managing and operating software solutions · 5+ years of experience in delivering software projects using Agile / Scrum methodologies · 3+ years of experience managing and leading multiple engineering teams for an organization · 5+ years of project management experience· Master’s Degree/PhD in Computer science/Math or related field · Problem-solving skills and the abilities to analyze
