We are looking for a senior software development manager who is excited about building industry leading, next generation SCM and Workforce Management systems for the AWS
- 10+ years of experience building and managing development teams - 7+ years of experience managing and operating complex, high availability, mission-critical distributed systems - 3+ years of experience managing managers and multiple engineering teams. - 5+ years’ experience in delivering software projects using Agile / Scrum methodologies - Ability to travel up to 10% of the time - Experience developing with Java, C/C++, or similar - Experience with Unix/Linux development environments - Experience with distributed system performance analysis and optimization - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in
