We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources department as a Multi-site Leader to lead, launch, and recruit for our North American Regional Centers in 2019 and beyond. The current North American Regional Center in Southern California was launched in Q3 2018 with an objective of developing and piloting a new site HR Process Operating Model in NACF. There are three main objectives
· Bachelor’s degrees from an accredited university · 5-10+ years of experience in managing a team preferably in a shared services or Ops Site HR environment · Deep knowledge of HR processes and systems · Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) · Experience working with local and remote team members · Experience in managing compliance related operations, ability to audit and maintain high quality standards. · Experience of managing and leading HR administrative teams · Advanced degree from a top tier graduate school (MBA or Masters in HRM preferred) · Six Sigma and/or Lean certification
