Amazon is looking for a results-driven, data-savvy HR Leader who wants to be a part of making Fresh Food Fast. Amazon’s F3 (Fresh, Food, Fast) business seeks a strategic and hands-on HR Leader to work with leaders and employees who are changing the way customers think about grocery. F3 is comprised of Amazon’s global Amazon Fresh and Prime Now businesses, which enable customers to order and receive ultra-fast delivery or pick-up of groceries and other products from Amazon, Whole Foods and Third Party Sellers. This HR Leader will be responsible for the development and execution of global HR strategies and initiatives, as well as the day-to-day HR operations for F3’s business teams. This role will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, culture, retention, and the employee experience. · Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience · 7+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a high tech environment · Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams · Track-record of high judgement decision-making and bias for action in delivering results · Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field or MBA · Resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high level of energy · Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and a track record for scaling HR approaches to support a growing organization
