Do you want to work in a close-knit, high performing finance team supporting one of the most rapidly growing and dynamic segments in the US Subsidiary? We're looking for a highly collaborative, creative, energetic finance professional who can lead Opex financial controls and process across Microsoft US Marketing and Operations organization and support both US Finance and Leadership team. As a key member of the FP and A Finance team you will partner across several businesses including Finance, HR, Microsoft US Sales and Marketing Teams, and Worldwide and Central Finance Teams. You will be responsible for leading forecast cost modeling and modernizing reporting initiatives. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work across teams within MSUS and GSMO Finance to streamline, centralize, and standardize resource reporting and transactional processes in order to enable deeper focus on key analysis that brings business insights, drives change, and influences results.

Your core responsibilities will include: Develop and Own cost forecast and outlook models Own and lead standardizing and modernizing cost reporting Own and lead tracking and reporting of investments partnering closely with Investment Controller Contribute to monthly financial close process in close partnership with P and L Lead Proactively provide assess and provide insight into risk and opportunities to P and L Lead based on forecasts/outlooks Drive analytical and conceptual thinking with the business that extends beyond the numbers into strategy Ability to 'tell the story' and drive insightful
Minimum 5+ years of finance experience in a large organization including business partnering experience BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related degrees; CPA and/or MBA a plus Expertise in financial planning and analysis, including: forecasting, planning, reporting, analysis, and developing financial models Strong ability, expertise and/or aptitude to work with Microsoft's financial systems, policies, and tools (Mercury, MSRA, PlanCast, BWB). Above average Excel skills, Power BI, Modern Analytics. Demonstrated experience in problem solving and project management with proven ability to drive projects
