The Modern Workplace PR team is looking for a high-performing PR manager to drive a powerful comms strategy around the most used productivity suite in the world—Office 365, which includes Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. We are looking for a PR athlete who is a creative thinker and results driven. Someone who is passionate about connecting with new audiences in unexpected ways, driving the product disclosure plan for Office innovation, creating immersive technology experiences, and one who possesses a knack for breakthrough storytelling—short-form, long-form, and visual. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast paced, high-visibility environment with a focus on building relationships with partners inside and outside of the company and a proven track record working with senior executives. The ideal candidate has a curiosity about what's next in influencer engagement, a knack for talking to end users in clear, concise, and compelling ways, and an appetite to take risks and try new things.

Key capabilities Create a PR engine within the Office and Microsoft 365 team that explores new, creative ways to reach veteran influencers as well as new ones in a media landscape that's noisy and competitive Has an appetite and aptitude for understanding the technology and business strategy of Office 365 and Microsoft 365 Build relationships with business partners to dream up new avenues for storytelling that drive press coverage, product downloads, and product usage Work closely with Communications, Marketing, Brand and Engineering counterparts across the company as a trusted partner and advisor
Creative thinking and problem solving Experience developing and managing highly creative campaigns, including creative storytelling, digital marketing, media relations, event management, and co-marketing (third party relationship development as well as cross-discipline campaign orchestration) Likes tech but thinks of its applicability through a consumer's perspective Excellent communications, writing, and project management skills Passion for developing narratives and overseeing strategic and impactful storytelling Undergraduate Degree (minimum) in Communications, Marketing, Technology, or related
