Senior Business Strategist The Xbox Gaming Growth and Engagement (GET) team (which is home to Xbox Live, Xbox Game Pass, Mixer and Xbox Design) is responsible for driving more users to our ecosystem, increased engagement with our platforms and products, and supporting users to discover, play, watch, communicate and create. We are seeking a Senior Business Strategist who will play a key role in developing the long-term 3-year strategy, tracking the market landscape, competitors and trends, and identifying growth opportunities. We are seeking an innovative, creative, strategic thinker, who is passionate about the growth of Gaming, expanding to new audiences and enabling people to play any game anywhere on any device. Together we will Develop long-term portfolio strategy and roadmap for our investments Conduct trends, market opportunity, and competitive analysis Identify growth opportunities which yield a sustainable advantage. Write strategic perspectives and memos and create strategy decks to share our strategic direction Perform complex financial modeling to evaluate priorities and execution efforts. Work with all cross-discipline teams within GET to drive alignment and ensure strategies and required investments are reflected in the product plan. You are a great fit if you Enjoy quantitative and qualitative analyses and formulating strategic insights around complex problems. Have phenomenal research skills and experience with M and A evaluations Understand a hypothesis driven approach to strategy development. Can present and defend insights from analysis to senior leaders within the organization. Have a passion for customer experience, entertainment, and technology Like forward thinking about where the business could go vs where we are today.
