Join the Corporate Employee Relations team to support Amazon HR’s efforts to improve the employee experience. As the Sr. Business Analyst you will support Amazon HR’s Investigations Case Management system and be a critical part of the work to help us identify and deeply understand the factors effecting the employee experience. Your days will be varied – sometimes working on longer-term projects requiring data deep dives and analysis, sometimes helping to dive into an emerging problem space. You will own the strategy and roadmaps for a set of dashboards and metrics, continuously improving the usability and value of your products by seeking feedback from your customers. You should have excellent business acumen, be able to define key business questions and deliver information that answers those questions. You should be passionate about building analytic solutions,
· BA/BS degree in relevant field and 5+ years of direct analytics experience, or equivalent combination of degree and experience · Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex statements, VBA, conditional formatting) · Proficiency using SQL, Microsoft Excel and statistical analysis tools · Experience working with customers to gather requirements and create dashboards based on the user requirements. · Proven experience manipulating large sets of data, summarizing into metrics, and conducting appropriate statistical tests (e.g., regression, t-test, chi-square) · Advanced proficiency with
