Do you want to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial team responsible of driving a key growth initiative in Consumables? The Marketplace Recruitment and Development team is shaping the way we engage Selling Partners as we strive to offer a best-in-class shopping experience through incremental selection, lower prices, faster delivery, and better discoverability. We are looking for a motivated Senior Account Manager to own 1:1: and 1:Many relationships in the Consumables space to optimize and grow strategic areas of our business. This role will focus on building win-win relationships with Selling Partners to increase engagement and adoption of growth-driving programs. The ideal candidate will need to identify trends, derive insights, collect feedback, and design scalable solutions to increase Seller engagement and participation in our platform. Members of this team will also have a strong focus on understanding the needs and requirements of our selling partners and being their advocate within the

· Minimum of 4-6 years professional selling and account management experience · Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions · Relationship sales and negotiation skills · Project management skills · Bachelor's Degree or equivalent· Problem-solving passion and service orientation · Proven ability to influence others · Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment · Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities · Always does what is right for the customer – relentlessly customer-focused · Work experience preferably
