In order to support our growing program, we are expanding our Salesforce usage and need an experienced Salesforce Administrator to partner with the business to build and maintain the Salesforce platform. Candidates must possess the ability to work directly with the internal business team and partner with product and program managers and developers
· Bachelor’s degree, high standard of education, or compensating work experience. · 5+ years Salesforce.com Admin experience and configuration of 300+ users. · Certified Salesforce.com Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder or other equivalent qualification.· Solid understanding of and detailed experience working with enterprise level Salesforce.com instance. · In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce.com CRM application coupled with good understanding of standard business processes (Marketing, Recruiting, Operations, etc.)
