The Customer Service Research (CSR) team is one of the behind-the-scenes teams that enables Amazon’s Customer Service (CS) leaders to make informed decisions based on sound research and analytics. CSR is seeking an exceptional Research Scientist (RS) to join our team and derive insights that can help CS better serve our customers.
