Amazon’s Transaction Risk Management Systems (TRMS) team is seeking a Regional Content Manager to oversee a team based in Seattle developing Seller-facing knowledge management development work. The content in scope includes emails (blurbs), standard operating procedure documents (SOPs), and other worldwide communications. This role is located in Seattle, Washington. The Team Transaction Risk Management Services (TRMS) works to make Amazon the safest and most trusted place on Earth by protecting the innocent and deterring the ill-intentioned. Through people and technology we manage risk across hundreds of services and multiple geographies, focus on our customers and scale through innovation. The TRMS Knowledge Management (KM) team is responsible for creating, managing, and updating internal and external content for all Amazon geographical locations.
