In order to continue to scale our fast-growing recruiting operations, we are seeking a talented Recruiting Manager with strong business partnering and people development skills. This Recruiting Leader will manage a technical recruiting team and partner closely with business leadership to build and execute against Talent Acquisition strategies to deliver the necessary talent to support our increasing customer demand and changing market conditions. This is a highly impactful role within our AWS business as we continue our pursuit of being the most customer-centric company on the planet. The right leadership candidate must be able to effectively provide thought leadership, set benchmarks, analyze data/metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. This leader will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with Hiring Managers
· 6+ years of experience leading a recruiting team of 6 or more recruiters · Experience defining and delivering complex recruiting strategies · Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets · Experience utilizing metrics and data to drive decision-making · Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree· Organized and pragmatic; thrives in a results oriented environment · Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner
