The Canada NA Cross-boarding Program Manager will be primarily responsible for implementing and tracking current and new expansion programs of Amazon's most strategic cross boarding logistical initiatives. Role and responsibilities: · Looking at the day to day operation to ensure we are meeting customer expectations · Leading and driving accountability for new launches of the 2 NAFN programs: Direct Injection and Inventory sharing · Creating and implementing improvements to speed up and improve the NAFN program. · Developing and implementing strategy including developing a robust risk mitigation plan · Cross functional communication leading with business and technical teams across the organization ensuring goal alignment to meet business needs deadlines. · Defining KPIs and generating the right metrics for daily follow up with operations and retail · Strategic planning and forecasting. · Tracking and keep accountability for multiple deployments of complex projects simultaneously · Identifying
· Bachelor’s Degree (supply chain, logistics, engineering or a related field) from an accredited university or 2+ years Amazon experience · 3+ years of experience managing large and complex projects as product, program, or project management · Intermediate knowledge of basic data analysis tools such as SQL · 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional project teams and business and technical stakeholders · Ability to problem solve independently · Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Research, MBA or related field · 3+ years of supply chain, retail and/or
