The AmazonFresh and Prime Now team is looking for a bright, customer obsessed, driven and creative individual to build our Local Market program in the exciting space of ultra-fast grocery delivery. Local Market is a regionally curated program that features local selection across all AmazonFresh regions and spans a variety of product categories. This role is an ideal starting point for a dynamic career path at Amazon for an ambitious candidate who is eager to drive a business. Your direct responsibility will be to manage performance of the product portfolio including expanding product selection, developing marketing programs, driving sales, and creating best-in-class customer experiences. This role will provide hands-on experience across multiple Amazon Retail functions (e.g., Vendor Management, Marketing Management, In Stock Management, Product Management). The ideal candidate will have experience in buying, marketing, and/or finance, with a track record of successful relationship management,
· Bachelor’s Degree · 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, supply chain, or a relevant area such as Retail, CPG, or Management Consulting · 2+ years of experience using Excel to analyze data to support decision making· Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results · Strong multi-tasking ability and experience with meeting multiple deadlines · Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with vendor, client, or customer-facing experience Proficiency with SQL · Proficiency in SQL or other database management experience
