We're looking for a technical Program Manager who enjoys collaborating with other product managers, engineers, marketing, technical writers, and UX designers and researchers to design end-to-end experiences. As a Program Manager for this role, you will manage and drive improvements to IntelliSense, debugging, and other developer experiences in both Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code. You will accomplish this through a variety of activities including: Performing competitive analysis of other Python tools; Exploring quantitative and qualitative data, and defining success metrics; Identifying customer segments, and forming problem and solution hypotheses; Designing surveys/questionnaires, and interviewing existing and potential customers; Crafting UX mockup workflows; Ensuring engineering teams are
Basic: An understanding of the Customer experience Experience in providing recommendations based on data Ability to demonstrate a commitment to quality At least more than a year (1+) of Python industry coding experience (coding experience should be recent within the last 3 years) Preferred: An ability to value diversity and inclusivity in the workplace Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
