We consume huge amounts of data spanning advertisers, publishers, system components and users to connect the dots across seemingly unrelated anomalies for identifying and resolving issues impacting the marketplace. We have round the clock monitoring of hundreds of business and component metrics across several markets globally. We quickly jump on any unexpected deviations in these metrics, perform thorough investigations using various data analysis techniques, drive issue resolution with various teams across time zones and perform the necessary follow ups for future prevention of issues. In the role of a Program Manager in this team, you will perform the following functions: - You will run data analyses on various marketplace health metrics by retrieving data from different sources and by deriving insights for a marketplace investigation. - You will drive mitigation to marketplace live site issues by collaborating with different engineering and business teams as needed to bring the issue to a closure. - You will drive extensive root cause analyses and follow-ups for preventing future issues. - You will drive continuous improvements to our current monitoring and investigation toolkits
