The Device, Digital, and Alexa Support team is seeking a motivated and data-driven Product Manager with a passion to dive deep into our customer experiences, as they relate to Amazon's devices and digital services. Amazon revolutionized customer service, now we are changing what customers expect from technical support. We’re responsible for the Customer Service operations and product experience for all Amazon Devices and Digital services, from the Kindle and Echo, to Amazon Music and Prime Video. In this role you’ll be leading the product experience to remove areas of customer friction across these businesses, and pioneering new support ideas. You'll influence product features impacting millions of customers. In this role, you will drive successful customer engagement based on today’s feedback, and anticipate where customers will need help in the future. You will be responsible for measuring the success of your products, balancing data analysis with strong intuition, and making scalable

· 3+ Years experience in product/program management · Proficiency with Excel or Access · Experience engaging global leaders · MBA or advance degree in an equivalent field · Excellent, structured written and verbal communication skills · The ability to balance multiple types of data with solid intuition · Experience working with, engaging, and influencing multiple cross-functional teams · Experience in an online retailer or electronics manufacturer · Knowledge of customer operations or technical support · Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to explain
