AWS Security is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to provide high-level leadership and ownership for a program in hardware and supply-chain security, to ensure infrastructure supporting highly scaled-out AWS services is designed and implemented to the highest security standards. You will be responsible for supporting a team of engineers and TPMs, helping advise senior leadership and setting strategy and goals for the team, as well as supporting design and helping drive hardware security efforts across AWS. This position will provide you with a challenging opportunity to drive the security of the cutting-edge technology underlying the AWS cloud computing services. As a Principal TPM and senior leader in this role you will be helping identifying functional and technical requirements by collecting inputs from business, security, and technical teams, working across teams at AWS to refine your plans and obtain buy-in, and executing the program, providing status to engineers,
· 10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles; technical program management, systems architecture, or system development focusing on hardware and infrastructure environments · 6+ years of experience with the hardware development, deployment, and management lifecycle · 6+ years of project management experience and demonstrated knowledge of program management best practices · 6+ years of experience with engagement and working with hardware, infrastructure, and security stakeholders · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, mathematics, or other related fields·
