Amazon's Finance Technology organization (FinTech) builds and maintains the finance technology platforms and services that enable new business growth, compliance with financial and tax reporting obligations, and analysis of our financial data. Through our products, we aim to maximize time spent by Finance teams on high value analysis, reduce the growth of operating expenses, and improve the vendor experience. We are looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager (TPM) professional to play a significant part in leading a multi-year Intercompany program from concept through execution. At Amazon, we facilitate millions of intercompany transactions a month. As we continue to scale and add complexity, FinTech will build new processes and tools to automate these transactions. This TPM will work hand in hand with our engineers to define the architecture across dev team, and with our customers across Tax, Accounting, Finance, and Treasury to define and orchestrate the Intercompany scope, work
- 7+ years’ experience in engineering, technical product, and/or technical program management. - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business administration or other relevant field - Proven ability to lead large, complex technical programs that have broad cross-organizational or architectural impact. - 10+ years’ experience in engineering, technical product, and/or technical program management.· - MBA or other Master’s Degree in Computer Science - Foundational knowledge of Intercompany processes in Tax, Treasury, or Accounting - Excellent customer engagement; demonstrated success when delivering
