We are looking for an Engineering Manager to define and build our Administration and Management experiences for ITPros, Partners and System Integrators for Microsoft Teams.
As an Engineering Manager you must have a proven track record leading a team of engineers spanning all aspects of software engineering life cycle. We need someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and obsessed with building a world-class user and developer experience. The day to day responsibilities include a blend of technical, hands-on leadership with strong people management and talent attraction skills.
Ideal candidate would have prior experience / knowledge in: BS or higher degree in Computer Science (or equivalent field) Excellent problem solving, design, coding, and debugging skills History of developing complex, large scale software in C#, Typescript, Javascript or equivalent languages Experience working with at least one modern JavaScript Framework (e.g. Angular, React, etc.) Exemplary written and verbal communication skills Track record of delivering products, features and functionality on time, at extremely high quality Self-driven, pro-active, results-oriented Deeply understands and ensures
