BAP is driving value from, and enhancing the products at the core of our Microsoft product strategy like D365, Power Platform, Modern Integrations, Digital Signatures platform, etc. As part of the BAP Platform Team, the Principle PM Manager responsibilities includes defining and shaping the vision for key platform investment areas, coordinating the global team to drive accountability and alignment to our BAP Platform strategy, aligning and creating a product vision with multiple business stakeholders, engaging with customers to determine requirements, contributing to the definition of the Platforms product/service vision, working with PG partners to drive enhancements and features needed for digital
Key responsibilities: Collaborate – effectively partner with globally dispersed Business and Engineering stakeholders to clearly articulate business outcomes and objectives and translating that to a platform vision and product roadmap Define and Architect Platform Product and Service s – Work with engineering leads to envision platform services and capabilities that will enable partner teams in their digital transformation efforts Execute/Program Manage – manage demand intake and prioritization with business and partners, coordinate work estimation, project planning and execution, risk mitigation
Basic qualifications: 8+ years in an engineering related position including, but not limited to, program management, solution management, production management, consultant S. degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent experience 5+ years of demonstrated people management and people development experience Experience in the development and maintenance of platforms for integration, messaging, and data movement 5+ years - Demonstrated Engineering PM skills and track record of project execution Working within a global team structure and driving alignment in a distributed development environment Experience
