• Defining and implementing the architecture for large complex components • Working with PM counterpart to define and design new features • Implementing new features with high quality and good unit test coverage • Experience leading, mentoring, and growing a team of software engineers • Providing technical leadership for projects and guiding the broader team • Creating unit tests, automation, perf tests, and services monitoring and alerts • Demonstrating a passion for customers and technology
• A MS degree in Computer Science or related experience • 10+ years of software management experience • Track record developing and running commercial services at a high scale • Experience with the following: C#, C/C++, Java, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS • Desirable: Azure, React, REST APIs, latest web technologies; interest in AI, ML, and NLP Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
