· 8+ years of industry experience. · A minimum of 3 years of software management experience in leading full lifecycle development · A minimum of 5 years Software development experience in C/C++, Java, and UNIX · A passion for people management and mentorship. · Solid background in algorithms and data structures · Excellent problem solving and data analytical skills · Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team to create exceptional value · BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Strong business
