In the last year Amazon Business has grown significantly surpassing $10B in sales and attracting millions of business customers. The Amazon Business, Industrial, and Scientific Supplies team (a.k.a., BISS) is seeking a driven, analytical, and detail-oriented Manager of Vendor Management with excellent communication and relationship management skills to take these product categories to the next level at Amazon. With rapid expansion of these categories planned in 2019/20 we are seeking an individual that can lead a team to grow their categories, onboard new vendors, manage the P and L, and lead the retail strategy for consumers and business customers. · Bachelor's degree + 7 years experience or MBA + 2years experience · 2+ years team management experience· 7+ years of experience · Strong data extraction, analytical and problem solving skills · · Proven negotiating skills, influencing abilities and some vendor management experience · · Proven team leadership ability · · Highly innovative, flexible and self-directed · · Superior analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause and identify scalable solutions · · Must possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and
