The KGKM Team in Indie Publishing is looking for a Instructional Designer to design and develop blended learning for our internal support teams and self-service learning for our publishers and authors. This Sr. Instructional Designer will be responsible for driving high quality learning experiences for all eLearning and instructor-led programs, virtual classroom design, tool kits, study guides, and performance support aids. Candidates should have experience working autonomously across multiple global locations, expertise in developing and maintaining strong business relationships, collaborating with trainers, and implementing learning project plans. The role requires demonstrated experience throughout the learning development

· Bachelor’s degree in the learning field (Instructional Design, eLearning, Education, etc.) or 2+ years at Amazon working in a comparable position · E-Learning design and development experience using software such as Adobe Captivate, Storyline, GoAnimate and Audacity · Expertise in Adult Learning and the development of solid curriculum design plans · Expertise in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint · Excellent project management skills and attention to detail; able to implement globally and at scale · Ability to effectively collaborate and influence
