The purpose for this role is to create and deploy a One Microsoft D and I strategy for the sales organization globally ensuring a strategic and core and common approach. The Global Sales Practice Leader is the face of the discipline and is seen as a prominent thought leader and enterprise subject matter expert. They have a close relationship with leadership teams across Microsoft, and provide D and I support and guidance to find solutions that shape and drive cultural change across the entire ecosystem, and influence the buy-in and adoption of those solutions. They influence and consult senior leadership on best practices and emerging trends and provide consultation on highly complex or sensitive inquiries regarding diversity and inclusion needs or issues. They work across leadership teams and business units, leading dialogues with the most senior executives about diversity needs, priorities, and opportunities to drive clarity and ensure strong partnerships and the adoption of recommendations

Serve as the D and I thought leader supporting the sales organization Deploy and activate ad One Microsoft D and I strategy for Sales organizations, ensuring a core and common approach Lead with data-based insights and recommendations; including sentiment analysis and poll/pulse related quantitative and qualitative input as available (through reporting and listening systems) Consult and partner with Microsoft Sales HR leaders in driving the D and I core and common strategy for the organization Consult with Microsoft Sales business leadership team to drive accountability and ownership Enable diverse
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 7+ years of relevant HR or business experience Strong Business Acumen Critical Systems thinking: the ability to understand, develop, and influence processes and models to achieve desired outcomes Global mindset and commitment to inclusion
