Amazon Web Services (AWS) Finance is looking for a Financial Analyst to support AWS Productivity Applications This position will work closely with Business Partners and Finance to drive thoughtful financial analysis and controllership of AWS Productivity Applications. Key responsibilities: · Coordinate overall Productivity Apps OP, R and O processes, as well as submissions to FP and A, partnering with various stakeholders across finance and business · Generate monthly P and Ls for Productivity Apps services, including preparing draft MBR commentary for review with business leadership. · Prepare monthly infrastructure usage and utilization metrics and analysis for all Productivity Apps services, and follow up on anomalies, questions and open items. · Manage data in financial systems and create insightful
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field · 2+ years of relevant experience in a large corporate finance environment with heavy emphasis on analytics · · Advanced Excel modeling and analytical skills · SQL skills a plus · Cognos TM1 experience · Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills · Track record of managing deliverables from multiple parties to meet challenging deadlines · The ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment with competing deadlines · Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomy
