Amazon seeks a highly effective Financial Analyst to be a key partner with the AWS Game Services team, a team leading our efforts to build tools and services for internal and external game developers. This position will play a key role in working with senior business leaders to drive thoughtful planning, analysis, decision support, and controllership for future investment. This role will be part of broader Digital/AWS Finance team in which you will be surrounded by people that are exceptionally talented, bright, and driven. To support this
· BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science) or equivalent and a minimum 3 years of finance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.· MBA/CPA preferred · Advanced skills in SQL, Cognos, and/or Smartview · Knowledge of or prior experience in Video Game Industry · Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload · Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment · Ability display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings
