United States SMC – Finance Manager The SMC and OCP Finance team in the US Subsidiary is seeking a Finance Manager to work in a highly collaborative, fast paced (and fun) environment to support the revenue analytics and ROB for the sub-segment. This role will support the SMC and OCP sub-segment team within the US Subsidiary ($9bn+ in revenue). This is an exciting opportunity to drive thought leadership in revenue analytics and product insights across both On Premise and Cloud products and multiple sales motions, automate weekly and monthly revenue forecasting as well as lead the rhythm of business across the SMC and OCP team. The role will provide an opportunity to develop your financial analysis, product insights, business partnerships and communication skills, while you aim to drive impact across the business.

The role requires a high degree of agility and skill in navigating multiple stakeholder requirements while enabling the accelerated growth aspirations for the business in a highly competitive market environment. To be successful, the individual needs to be highly collaborative, self-motivated and be curious in learning the segment, product and sales motion performance drivers. Key responsibilities include: Own and drive financial rhythms (month end close, outlook, MBR, CFO forecast) across SMC and OCP Sub-segments Develop and integrate weekly, monthly, quarterly revenue performance flashes in conjunction
Requirements/Qualifications: Ability to collaborate and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, influencing across multiple complex organization, and creating effecting partnerships Ability to "think outside the box" and not be hindered by how things have been done in the past Demonstrated experience in problem solving and project management with proven ability to drive projects and analysis to closure Expertise in financial planning and analysis, including: analysis, forecasting, planning, reporting, and developing financial models Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated
