Do you want to play an instrumental role in bringing leading diversity and inclusion (D and I) strategies to Amazon’s high growth environment? We are seeking an influential and experienced D and I program manager focused on recruiting to execute the Physical Stores D and I strategy by providing innovative programs that help us grow a diverse and inclusive global workforce. In partnership with Human Resources (HR) and as an extension of the Physical Stores D and I team, you’ll use your skills to work both across the business as well as with specific teams to help them apply best practices. You’ll partner with the business leadership team to design, coordinate, track and measure our D and I initiatives and ensure alignment with the strategy and goals specifically aligned to building out the recruiting strategy. You will also partner with the Amazon Global Diversity and Inclusion Office to drive corporate-wide programs into our organization. You will measure and communicate results against

· Bachelor’s Degree · 5+ years’ program management experience · Experience in hiring and developing diverse talent · Strong analytic skills and the ability to think strategically and programmaticallyExperience effectively partnering with HR and business teams to build effective HR or talent programs and strategies · Ability to influence without authority, think proactively, and function independently · High level of comfort using data-driven decision making · Ability to develop quick turn-around, practical recommendations based on data and research to inform strategic decisions in a fast moving
