Join C+AI's Commercial and Ecosystem team to help creating differentiated partner onboarding experiences for the Microsoft Cloud, working in close coordination with engineering product groups, sales, marketing, and industry stakeholders. This organization defines the partner engagement strategy by providing thought leadership for the cloud business and its ecosystem, defining a unified strategy with unique drivers and metrics that measure the true impact of the partner channel. Ultimately, we are responsible for galvanizing the partner ecosystem and building an enthusiastic and engaged community through technical expertise, tools, and telemetry. To achieve these goals, we are looking to expand our team with a versatile Director of Business Program Management, who demonstrates strong leadership and deep technical knowledge on cloud development. The candidate will have the executive presence, domain expertise, and problem-solving skills to build and direct an influential group of individuals

This candidate will be responsible for: Recruit and manage a team of talented technical individuals that will interact and provide guidance to relevant cloud software companies around the world. Quickly enable and provide technical traction for highly visible Azure opportunities that require immediate attention due to their strategic nature. Develop and drive new ways of thinking across groups within the division to improve quality, engineering productivity, and responsiveness to feedback and changing priorities. The ideal candidate will have: Demonstrated deep technical developer capabilities in cloud OSS and/or Microsoft technologies, particularly related to Big Data, AI and IoT. Strong communication, executive presence and presentation skills. A broad functional knowledge base to solve complex customer and partner problems. A sense of commitment to end-to-end product or service quality, completeness and the resulting user experience for the life of products and services.
