Partner with Product Planning and Program Management. Identify customer experience goals of the program. Identify research questions to validate/achieve customer experience goals. Partner with Industrial Design team and engineering development and test teams to drive customer centered design. Develop a User Research plan to investigate research questions and partner with the User Research team to drive to completion. Refine customer experience goals based on research findings. Identify customer promises and voice-of-customer requirements for the Product Requirements Document. Develop validation
Do you have a minimum BS/MS in Usability Engineering, Human Factors Engineering, User Experience Design, or equivalent? Do you have 5+ years of experience shipping hardware products? Do you have 3+ years of experience working in the gaming industry and/or shipping gaming hardware? Do you have experience conducting subjective user assessments of product designs? Do you have experience planning user research studies? Do you have extensive experience work across organizational boundaries with proven track record of being able to influence others?
