Global Business Operations (GBO) is a diverse team that supports infrastructure and other foundational initiatives that span and support Sales, Marketing and Support teams within AWS. In this role, you will be supporting the growth and expansion of AWS through spearheading project-mapping initiatives, aligning logistical team needs, and enforcing time management and administrative measures through the leadership team. · 2- 3 years of project management experience · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience · Experience scheduling meetings and managing calendars across multiple time zones · Strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills · Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word· 5+ years of project management experience · Facilities or logistics management experience · Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and objectives of the team · Strong analytic and problem solving skills · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Impeccable attention to detail · Highly motivated
