The Amazon Video DSP is one of the fastest growing businesses in Amazon's Worldwide Advertising organization. Our offering has differentiated assets in data, inventory, and cross-device user identification which position Amazon well as a demand-side platform (DSP). Amazon is investing in its DSP and looking to grow its presence in programmatic video, including OTT, and be a successful participant in the growing market of digital video advertising. Amazon's Enterprise Advertising Platform team is looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Engineer to push our product forward, beyond the traditional structures of our display and search advertising heritage. Video advertising has a number of unique challenges that range from better understanding the impact of video length, format and ad serving decisions on campaign performance, to improving our ability to deliver the widest possible reach for our clients on their campaigns. A top performing BIE will drive decisions on our product feature
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field · 5 years of professional experience in analytics, business analysis or comparable consumer analytics position · Excellent proficiency in SQL required · Advanced working knowledge of data mining using ETL, data warehouse as well as Excel · Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams. · Proven problem solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills · Ability to deal with ambiguity
