Xbox – Global Gaming Partnerships and Development Do you love videogames? Are you passionate about videogames from independent developers? ID@Xbox, Microsoft's industry-leading digital publishing program for developers on Xbox has an opportunity for a Business Manager to join the team to help enable developers realize even greater success on our platforms. As Business Manager you will work with the broader Xbox team to drive the partner game engagement process, as well as owning the reporting function for games in development. Additionally, the role will have a large data analysis component, as you derive insights and learnings from sales and store data, and work to create and share these learnings and best practices with our development partners.

• Developing and implementing processes and methods for analysis of Xbox game sales and program data; using information derived to create best practices for our business and our partners • Preparing regular reports for internal and external consumption based on market and sales trends on Xbox platforms and program momentum • Running the partner game engagement process; managing and synthesizing input from multiple stakeholders across partner management, business development, finance, portfolio, and marketing • Tracking and reporting on games in development in the program, including key milestone
• Passion for videogames and 2+ years of videogame industry experience are required in order to understand our partners' needs and motivations • This job requires extensive, deep and broad knowledge of videogames and good working knowledge of the video game industry: genres, trends, historical performance, etc. • Excellent skills in all aspects of planning, cross-group collaboration, communications, analytical capabilities and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication kills • Proven experience in program execution with measurable results • Outstanding interpersonal skills, innovation,
