Americas Sales Strategy and Operations (SSO) is a diverse team that supports the Sales, Demand Generation, Inside Sales, Solution Architects, and Business Development teams across Canada, the US and LATAM to enable AWS teams to better serve our customers in their journey to the cloud. The Americas SSO team has an aspirational vision to build a platform of tools and mechanisms that enable our organization to be an ‘autonomous sales organization’ similar to a self-driving car where Level 0 represents no automation and Level 5 represents full-automation. To enable this vision, we are seeking an Americas Sales Strategy Program Manager who will own the
· At least 8+ years’ experience in a program management or sales strategy and operations · Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement mechanisms and processes · Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience making data driven decisions · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Proven, successful track record of navigating through ambiguous situations and influencing without direct ownership · Excellent cross group collaboration skills · Bachelor’s degree is required · MBA or other relevant advanced degree · Experience in a mid-to-large scale multi-geographical high-tech
