The Role: The Automated Packaging System Performance Manager will lead the integration, test, and deployment and launch of New Technologies and Processes in initial ("Field Alpha") production facilities. A successful candidate should be capable in leading a team of engineers to integrate, test, install, and launch complex automated packaging systems or similar automated industrial equipment. These solutions will involve many types of automation including robotics, sortation and conveyance, as well as controls integration, vision systems, and process development/optimization. · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ME, EE, IE, or similar), and working experience in-line with role’s level of responsibility. · Experience working with the designs of complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics and high-speed manufacturing. · Experience with process design based on Lean Principles. · Proficiency using business/technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software. · Proficiency with concepts like system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and
