Description
The Outbound Product team in CoreAI and AI Platform team crafts simple, high-impact, human experiences that reflect our people and products. We are looking for a storyteller who can help shape the narrative arc of our videos, refine pacing and tone through editorial craft, and bring ideas to life across a range of formats.We work as a close-knit team, collaborating with agencies and cross-company creative partners. Our focus is on a consistent, impactful, and clear creative narrative. The Outbound Product team is responsible for bringing our CoreAI stories to life through video and narrative storytelling. Video is an essential part of how we connect to our audience—whether explaining a new product, capturing a customer story, or showcasing the craft behind our technology.
Craft compelling editorial narratives across product explainers, customer stories, sizzles, and brand campaigns Own the end-to-end video editing process: narrative arc, rough cut, final polish, color, audio, and versioning Partner with designers, producers, and writers to storyboard and script videos that communicate complex ideas with clarity Incorporate motion design, titles, and other assets from the design team to enhance narrative and brand consistency Participate in creative reviews and guide the direction of video and content development Drive storytelling experiments using emerging AI video and voice technologies Manage timelines, deliverables, and revisions to meet multiple deadlines across projects Contribute to or lead production planning and coordination
Qualifications
Required Qualifications4+ years of experience in professional production environment (e.g., lighting, shooting, audio recording, web production, writing), post-production environment, or broadcasting (e.g., local news) OR equivalent experience.4+ years of experience editing narrative or product-driven videos in an agency, in-house, or studio environment 4+ years of experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and motion asset integration

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred Qualifications
Experience writing or co-writing scripts, outlines, and interview-based narratives Experience with portfolio showcasing storytelling, pacing, and editorial craft across various formats and durations Experience with Artificial Intelligence-first video workflows (e.g., voice generation, script-to-video, captioning tools) Production experience: cameras, lighting, directing talent, or overseeing shoots Experience with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro Experience with emerging technologies and curiosity to explore new formats and creative techniques Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional creative teams Experience with visual storytelling principles, sound design, pacing, and emotional resonance
Video Production IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
